How To Use This

The best way to use this is to post addendums to the ROE. When you post if you look at the bottom, there is a place for labels, so the post can be searched for.

    Eecho, I dont seem to be seeing the labels at the bottom, I am still testing but I only see publish and preview at the bottom so far
